Our brunch board is a little twist on bagels and lox. A large portion of smoked salmon atop a bed of mixed greens and all the fixings to make your “bagel” and lox. That includes thinly sliced red onion, capers, cream cheese, boursin cheese and dill. It is accompanied by hard boiled eggs, fresh cucumber and carrots, mozzarella and salami picks, stone ground mustard and honey. Served with crackers and french bread.
